The Direct Recruitment Commission (DRC) is responsible for conducting the Direct Recruitment Examination (DRE) since the 2023-24 session. Through this transparent and merit-based selection process, we identify qualified candidates based on their written and oral examinations and place them in suitable roles to serve the nation.

Selection Process

The selection process under DRC consists of:

Written Examination – To assess the candidate's knowledge and skills.

Oral Examination (Interview) – To evaluate communication, expertise, and suitability for the role.

Final Placement – Selected candidates are placed in relevant departments based on their performance.
